Terms of Service

1. Marketplace Role

VeaLink (“the Platform”) is a vehicle listing marketplace. We connect buyers and sellers but are not a party to any transaction. We do not own, inspect, guarantee, or warrant any vehicle listed on the Platform.

2. No Warranty

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or accuracy of listing data. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Platform.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including mileage, condition, title status, and pricing. Sellers must own or have the legal right to sell any vehicle listed. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.

4. Prohibited Listings

The following are prohibited on the Platform:

• Stolen or encumbered vehicles
• Vehicles with falsified odometer readings
• Non-road-worthy vehicles sold without disclosure
• Fraudulent or duplicated listings
• Any content that violates Ghanaian law

5. Payments & Fees

Dealer subscriptions and listing promotions are billed via Mobile Money (MoMo). All fees are in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. In the current beta phase all payments are simulated — no real charges are made.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers are the sole responsibility of those parties. We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably. We may, at our discretion, suspend accounts involved in reported fraudulent activity.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform or by email.
